Jigging World offers FREE shipping for orders over $99 in the continental United States, EXCLUDING Rods, Blanks and other oversized items (items BESIDES Rods and Blanks that are considered oversized will be specifically noted in the item's Product Description).

There is a $25 flat rate shipping fee for all Rods and Blanks within the continental United States.

We use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all orders that includes Rods, Blanks, and Reels. All orders that includes Rods, Blanks, and Reels require Signature Confirmation. If you would like to opt out of Signature Confirmation, please us know in your Order Notes in your order cart BEFORE proceeding to checkout. If the order has already shipped, please use UPS My Choice to change confirmation method. XH Hybrid 7'0

I started with Tog using Hybrid 7'0 and accurate Boss Extreme Narrow. I feel everything, fast setting, 9lb tog was biggest and no problem very fun. Then move to Haddock and Cod. Used up to 16oz weight, no problem. Setting hooks for these fish great. Now fishing Sea Bass. I feel every nibble and pull. Catching up to 22in sea Bass jigging and bait. Caught a 34in Striper for a great test and passed with flying colors. I can use this rod for almost anything in New England. Big fluke next......

Great for Sea Bass and Tog

I have the 7' XH paired with a Saltist 20H star drag. It's been great for working tog jigs and for bottom rigs for both tog and sea bass. It's light, sensitive, and that initial hook set is quick. There's plenty of power on the initial lift from keeping tog from pulling me into a hole. It's my first spiral wrap and I really prefer the feel of it when using braid.
