Return Policy
Jigging World has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to get your return item(s) back to us for an exchange or refund to your original payment method, less shipping & handling fees.
All return item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with papers, parts, and tags. All returns must be shipped with tracking. and must include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip.
Jigging World reserves the right to reject the return of any item(s) we deem as not resellable as a brand new item(s).
When starting a return, please inform us by contacting us at orders@jiggingworld.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Item(s) being returned
- Tracking Number

Refund Policy
Jigging World will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, less any Shipping & Handling fees, onto your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@jiggingworld.com.
Order Cancellations
The entire staff at Jigging World pride ourselves in shipping all orders received in a timely manner. Most orders received by 12:00 pm EST on business days (Monday-Friday) ship out that same day. In the event you would like to cancel your order, but your order has already shipped, please follow the Return Policy stated above.
