We pride ourselves in catering to the market the most durable fishing rods out today by using cutting edge carbon fiber technology. That doesn't mean breakages can't happen. In the sport of fishing, accidents happen all the time, and we know that! We are anglers such as yourselves to begin with. Please be rest assured we will do all that we can do get you back out on the water as quickly as possible. 

Rods, Blanks, & Reels - 1 Year Warranty Program

Rods and Blanks

Newly purchased Jigging World rods and blanks are covered under a 1 Year Warranty (from date of purchase) against nonconformities in material and workmanship. You must be able to provide a dated Proof of Purchase / Sales Receipt from an Authorized Jigging World Dealer. (CLICK HERE to see a list of Jigging World's Authorized Dealers). Jigging World products that were already replaced under the 1 Year Warranty Program is not covered under warranty. Once your Warranty Claim is approved, you will be responsible for a flat fee of $35 for Shipping & Handling to send out your brand new replacement. Jigging World reserves the right to inspect all items claimed for warranty, hence you may be required to send your broken rod(s) and/or blank(s) to our warehouse for inspection.

Please note guide issues do not qualify for a warranty replacement. We will either send you a genuine replacement guide or we can coordinate having your rod sent to us for repair.

Reels

Newly purchased Jigging World reels are covered under a 1 Year Warranty (from date of purchase) against nonconformities in material and workmanship. Reels must be sent back to our warehouse for inspection.

Most instances, we are able to repair the reel with genuine parts. Under the 1 Year Warranty Program, parts will be covered. If we cannot for some reason repair, you will be given a brand new replacement. You will be responsible for a flat fee of $20 for Shipping & Handling to send you back your reel.

For Jigging World rods and blanks that are past the 1 year mark since your date of purchase, we will extend you a one time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing). For those who are trying to claim a Jigging World product under the 1 Year Warranty Program, but cannot provide a Sales Receipt from an Authorized Dealer, you are able to claim your product under this Hassle Free Warranty Program.

Reels

For Jigging World reels that are past the 1 year mark since your date of purchase, we will extend you a one time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing). For those who are trying to claim a Jigging World product under the 1 Year Warranty Program, but cannot provide a Sales Receipt from an Authorized Dealer, you are able to claim your product under this Hassle Free Warranty Program.

Under the Hassle Free Warranty Program, the cost of necessary parts needed in order to fix your reel will be responsible by the claimer plus a $20 shipping and handling fee to get the reel back to you. If we cannot for some reason repair, we will extend you a one time replacement at 50% off the item's MAP.
